  • Dhruv Foundation for Education & Research (DEAR) is a Not - for - Profit Educational Entity established in 2023. DEAR has 2 Divisions, namely (1) Coaching Division in the name of 'Dhruv IAS Academy (DIA), and (2) Education Division in the name of 'Dhruv School of Civils (DSC). DIA, in association with Samkalp, New Delhi imparts coaching for UPSC Civil Services Exams, at Hyderabad.

Dhruv IAS Academy offers tailored IAS coaching with personalized mentorship, Strategic syllabus coverage, and focused guidance in Ethics and Current Affairs.

UPSC

UPSC is a constitutional Recruiting Agency, conducts Civil Services Exam annually, apart from 11 [Eleven] other exams, for Group A and Group B services of Government of India, Suh as IAS, IPS, IRS.
